And fact-checking assistance from Martika Finch, Milo McBride, and Kevin Pierson, and web production by Camille Dodero and Nick Greene, and copyediting by Amanda Woytus.

You guys, I have wanted to do this ever since I was young. I didn’t know about the web then, of course. But thank you to anyone who ever lent me a shoulder or an ear or anything that helped me along the way. I owe all of you so so so very much.
